Introduction

Ingredients

    04 Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1/2 cup of flour
    1/4 cup of olive oil
    12 oz. of fresh muchrooms
    1 large onion (your choose)
    2 cloves of crushed garlic (or more if you like)
    1 cup of red wine (or more if needed)
    1 cup of low fat sour cream
    Salt and peper to taste
    Hungarian Paprika

Directions

Put flour in a plastic bag, toss chicken breast to coat with flour. Cut up mushrooms and onions, crush garlic and set aside. Heat oil in a cooking pot and lightly brown breast. Take breast out and add more oil if needed. Sautee onions and garlic first then mushrooms. Return chicken to pot and mix with vegies. Add Red Wine and simmer until chicken is done. Remove chicken and put on serving dish. Add sour cream and mix well. Pour this creamy sause over chicken and sprinkle paprika on for color. Serves well with steamed brocilli and brown rice.
