Ingredients

    2 whole wheat pitas
    1 cup diced mushrooms
    1 cup diced red peppers
    1 cup black olives
    1.5 cups part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 cup pizza sauce

Directions

Makes 2 Pitas

1. Spread pizza sauce on each pita.
2. Place cheese all over pita.
3. Add vegetables as you wish.
4. Sprinkle some cheese over vegetables.
5. Put pitas in the oven for 10 minutes.
6. Remove, slice, and eat.

    This was good. We really liked the vegetables on it. You didn't mention an oven temperature ... but 350 seemed to work fine. - 3/9/09
