Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups red lentils
    5 baby carrots
    2 onions
    2 tomatoes
    1 small potato
    4-5 cups water
    2 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp butter
    salt to taste

Directions

1. Coarsely chop onion, potato, and tomato.
2. Add all the ingredients to a large pot.
3. Cook for about 20 minutes.
4. Use a food processor or blender to make the soup smooth.
5. Serve and enjoy!
