Ingredients

    1 fresh mango, chopped (discard peel and stone)
    Flesh from 1 young coconut, chopped
    1/2 serrano chili, finely chopped (substitute a less spicy chili to reduce heat)
    Juice from 1 lime
    2-3 tbsp. coarsely chopped cilantro

Directions

Makes 1-2 cups

Toss all ingredients together. Serve immediately or chill for use within 2 days.
