Ingredients

    I large can of tinned tomatoes
    I large can tinned red kidney beans
    I large onion
    2 medium fresh carrots
    100 grams red lentils
    I vegetable oxo cube
    32 fl oz water

Directions

peel the onion and dice into small pieces and put into a large saucepan
dice the carrots into small pieces
add the tinned tomatoes
drain the kidney beans and add to the saucepan
add the lentils, vegetable stock cube and water.
bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes. makes 4 servings
