Introduction

waffles when you either cannot eat or have no eggs! waffles when you either cannot eat or have no eggs!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    3 teaspoons sugar
    1.5 Tablespoons canola oil
    1 and 1/4 cup cool water
    1/4 cup unsweet applesauce
    dash of salt

Directions

Sift dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Make a little hole in the middle of this mixture and pour in water then oil. Stir just until wet.

Cook in waffle iron at preferred setting. Serve with butter/margarine and syrup.

May need to cook these a little longer than usual to get them crispy.
