Introduction

Ingredients

    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    4 tbsp chopped yellow onions
    4 tbsp Green Peppers
    1 cup, Turkey chopped or diced
    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp Salt
    1 dash black pepper

Directions

Place the olive oil in a small skillet over medium to high heat. Add onions, bell pepper and smoked turkey and sautee about 1 minute. Add frozen (or fresh) spinach followed by remaining ingredients. Sautee for another minute or so then cover. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and enjoy.
