Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Pink Salmon (fish), 4 oz (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    Dill weed, fresh, 10 grams (remove)
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Honey, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Hellmann's , Real Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)


Directions

Makes 1 serving

1) Make up salad dressing with mayo and honey mixed, shred lettuce leaves and mix the dressing in.
2) Prepare salmon, wash fillet and then cover with dill, and microwave for 2-3 minutes (watch carefully based on the salmon thickness)
3) Peel and cut the potato into 1cm cubes and boil til soft enough to eat
4) Drain potatoes and mix with some finely chopped dill, salt and the 1tbsp olive oil, shake around the pan til well mixed in.
Put salad heaped onto plate with salmon, and the potato salad.
