    1 tortilla shell
    1 tsp. miracle whip
    1/4 sweet red pepper (in strips)
    1 leaf iceberg lettuce
    1 slice of tomato (diced or in strips)
    optional: about a tsp. shredded cheddar cheese
    salt to taste


Place tortilla shell on plate. Smooth one tsp. of miracle whip over tortilla. Place lettuce, tomato, and red pepper on miracle whip. Roll up into a wrap. Enjoy.
