Ingredients

6 cups of Butternut Squash, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
3 tsp of Mrs. Dash Tomato, Basil, Garlic Seasoning
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
1. Combine Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, and Mrs. Dash Seasoning in a small bowl.
2. In a separate small bowl, combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
2. Place Butternut Squash in a large bowl, add Olive Oil mixture and coat squash evenly with mixture.
3. Add squash mixture to a large glass baking pan.
4. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and bread crumb mixture over the top of the squash in the pan.
5. Bake uncovered in the oven at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
Note: You can substitute the seasoning with fresh minced garlic, minced sundried tomatoes, and minced basil.
