Introduction

Ingredients

1.25c Soymilk.
1packet Yeast.
1.25c Potato Starch.
1.25c Cornstarch.
1tsp Salt.
1tbsp Baking Powder.
2tsp Xanthan Gum.
2tbsp Honey.
.25c Oil.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a small bowl combine warm milk and yeast.
Dissolve and set aside.
In a larger bowl combine all dry ingredients.
To dry ingredients slowly add everything else.
It should look wet and thick.
Place dough in greased 9x4 loaf pan.
Wet hands and smooth top of dough.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Test with toothpick.
Enjoy!
(Refrigerate or Freeze extra in airtight container)

I notice this recipe uses only starch. Does it not have any flours? - 4/7/10

It doesn't have any flours. When baking certain things Gluten Free I've found I prefer to use Potato Starch, Corn Starch, and Tapioca Flour mostly. I've found the best results this way, for my taste. :)

I made this recipe when i was first starting this!
I fixed it though!
It's really a good bread.
I have a recipe for an ever better loaf in my opinion if you ever want that too!
