This is a great take on a shake that I learned from a freind of mine! I wasn't sure about soy milk but it is great mixed with milk. This is a favorite of my fast and easy breakfast on the go ideas!!
Slightly sweet oat bars good for breakfast or snacking. Generous serving size for around 150 calories and lower fat and more fiber than traditional "bar" recipes.

Low carb (phase 2 & 3) because of using whole wheat flour and limited amount of sugar. My preference is to use Splenda and molasses vs brown sugar.
These are so awesome. The vanilla gives them a great flavor. You can eat them without syrup easily. I mix up the dry ingredients the night before so they are quick and easy in the morning.
