I make this tasty banana bread every Christmas. It's excellent to serve to a crowd, or wrap up the mini loaves and give them away as gifts. Brown sugar gives this delicious bread added flavor.
Recipe turned out really delicious - could not tell it was low far rolls and sugar free cool whip. It kept well overnight, the crust did not get soggy overnight - I used all fresh fruit.
I could not find nutrition for the flavorings so they are not included in the nutrition information, I used Sweet 'n Low sweetener and I couldn't find it on-line either, but calories are 0.
THIS TAKES ONLY MINUTES OF HANDS ON PREP TIME, BUT SEVERAL HOURS OF CHILLING--MAKE WELL IN ADVANCE!!
Of course this recipe didn't start out with low/non fat ingredients so if you wanted the real thing, you could substitute. This would surely bring on the calories though!

These cookies are made with splenda. Texture is soft and buttery, perfect for Christmas cookies.
A delicious, decadent and darkly rich double-chocolate cookie that uses olive oil for a chewy treat and espresso for an adult twist.
I made this originally to use up a half bag of very stale marshmallows (we're talking mini rocks here) that I had and to make a mouldable decorating medium for my grandmother's birthday cake. A few surprises along the way (i.e. marshmallows carmelizing in the microwave, not melting) worked themselves out with a few extra additions, and I even played up the flavour a bit with some English Toffee flavouring extract! Shaped and allowed to dry at room temperature overnight, you can have delicious, gorgeous flowers, bees or anything you want!
A very rich chocolate-almond dessert made with honey that mimics the rough taste and texture of the popular Toblerone bar. Don't use candy-bar chocolate for the lining... get the good stuff! It's worth it! Great elegant dessert for feeding a crowd... a little goes a LONG way!
This is my latest attempt to make a decent, yet different, "Fig Newton" style cookie for my grandpa to enjoy - he introduced me to the classic snack and I fell in love with it at an early age! Now that I can't have the oils or fat I'm just out to make something for him!
A decadent bar-cookie style of dessert with Nutella and cherries. Excellent way to introduce (or indulge!) yourself with the miracle that is Nutella!
A slightly lighter and miniature version of the traditional Upside-Down cake. Great for dinner parties!
