I used a Hamburger Helper recipe, but added more veggies than meat. This not only increases the serving size, but adds vitamins and healthy nutrients!
This is my base for chicken salad. I add bell peppers, walnuts, dried cranberries or any thing else that sounds yummy to this. I also changed up the spices to match what I've added. Enjoy!
