A simple peanut-butter sandwich to substitute for the separate ingredients in my recipe.
This I made on a whim, I also added a dash of lemon and lime juice and salt and pepper as well. I didn't add these to my calorie count since it's so little.
This is Almond Bread for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. I cannot eat gluten or sugar so this is my sandwich bread and it is great.

Any healthy choice soup of your preference. I use italian style wedding soup.

So healthy! I used frozen chicken breast, but fresh can be used. Also, I boiled the chicked to reduce fat, but it can be grilled, fried, or baked.
