I randomly mixed some stuff I had this morning to create these pancakes. I topped them with sugar free pancake syrup. They were pretty good.
I tweaked this muffin recipe to make it a little bit more healthy than the original, although you could easily reduce the fat by subsituting unsweetened applesauce for some of the butter.
The recipe also doubles easily and the muffins freeze well.
Tastes just like oatmeal cookie dough! For variety, sprinkle with nuts and raisins.
I make these ahead so that I have access to a smoothie in a matter of seconds. Freeze the prepared fruit and just add skim milk when ready to make. Yum Yum
In line with all our other smoothies, this on has full serving of fruit, wheat germ, and granola!

These biscuits are slightly modified from BEB's recipe, using whole wheat flour. They are to die for!
This banana bread tastes great. It uses brown sugar or splenda and molasses for sweetening.

I'm starting to convert this recipe. I know that cinnamon rolls will never be healthy, but I want a recipe that I can treat my family to once in a while. Tried it exactly like this, but may tweak it a little more. My family's not big on frosting, so we found these sweet enough on their own.
Similar to Eggs Benedict, this recipe uses spinach and tomato instead of the usual. Also, the hollandaise has been omitted to save calories that are better used towards a side of fruit to complement this hearty breakfast.
