This is a super yummy, low fat fudge recipe that is too delicious to be kept secret!
This quick recipe is one of my favorites to prepare when my young nieces visit.
Makes 8 small pancakes - my 2 year old eats 3 of these for breakfast. Would probably serve 2 adults if they were eating something else too like yogurt or cottage cheese
I made some changes to healthy-up a recipe that sounded too good to miss! The nutrition info is for 8 huge pieces.
The original recipe for these crispy snacks is apparently over 200 years old. These cookies are some of the most intensely flavoured, versatile chocolate wafer cookies of any I have tasted. They are excellent keepers if stored in a tightly closed tin.
The biggest sellers at our Reach-For-The-Top bakesales in high school! They have a different (and vulgar) name in our circle, but I changed it for posting! Finally pried the recipe from Vicki's hands when I graduated!
I needed a very veggie packed meal and the other sloppy joes' were just not showing up. This is a non sweet version of the classic, but much better for you!
This is a treat for both you and children to enjoy. Very nutritious and really hits that salty-sweet-crunchy-chocolaty note!!
A great way to get veggie haters to eat their veggies. Use ANY cooked veggies: Beets, carrots, green beans etc. Texture and taste is definately better with REAL eggs. I use the Omega-3 eggs.
I was trying to find a veggie/muffin recipe that would be comparable to the calories, fat, and protien in the "Hollywood Cookie Diet" cookies.
A brownie from scratch that is easy to whip up. For extra chocolatey brownies add chocolate chips to the batter.
Made this up one day when my kids were despartate for an after school snack! It was a huge hit. It's a tasty, high protein snack too. Perfect for after school or the afternoon slump! Dip apples, carrots, or celery in it. My picky kids think I'm feeding them something super sugary! Great way to use up the yogurt before it goes bad!
Also try using a little jam, instead of the honey! PBJ Dip!
This not so "fried" ice cream is good for your wasteline, and gives you the authentic taste of the real thing!!!
