Lactose Free Recipes (Most Popular)
This is an adjusted version of a Family Circle recipe. I used Rice Milk as an alternate to cream to make it dairy free. It doesn't get as rich, but it is still quite tasty.
Lactose free, gluten free, high protein, no sweetner what-so-ever!
Close to Paleo, but the brown rice protein messes it up!
What I love about this recipe is its versatility. The roasted grapes are delicious with grilled bread as well or all by itself with a spoon! It could be served with any number of cheeses. I'm betting a blue cheese pairing would be spectacular!
This recipe is the base for my kale smoothies. The only thing I vary between recipes is the blueberries. Depending on what I have on hand it is either blueberries, strawberries, frozen mango, raspberries, etc. Else the recipe is consistent. I use one packet of stevia, but feel free to add more/less to your taste
