This is a great granola recipe I stumbled upon and modified slightly. It is not too sweet, crunchy and very tasty.
I had some dates leftover from another recipe, so I modified the date nut bread recipe my mom made when i was a kid. Next time, I might experiment with leaving out the added sugar entirely and just rely on the sweetness from the dates and raisins. PS--It's vegan, too!
Yet another Herbalife pie. I call this the triple chocolate pie because it's made with chocolate pudding, oreo pie crust, and chocolate syrup. Actually it can be considered a quadruple chocolate pie if you decide to use Chocolate PDM or Chocolate Shake Mix (heck why not make it a 5 x chocolate lovers pie!)
Yum Yum Yummy - I LOVE CHEESECAKE and this pie is no different! Hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
Yet another Herbalife pie. This is the Snicker's Pie! Yum Yum! If you'd like to add peanuts you can. They are not added in the final calorie count.
I first add 1/2 cup of ice to my blender, then add 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/2 Banana, 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 Stevia or Truvia pkt, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tsp pure vanilla flavoring, 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder for a little xtra protein (protein powder optional), blend until creamy and smooth! Enjoy!
This is great to have in the freezer and when you randomly walk to the fridge those couple times a day...just grab a few of these to satisfy yourself until the next meal. Also, great for when you get the muchies at work.
As I looked into furthering my options for lowing calorie and carbohydrates, I became dismayed at the price of pre-made sugar-free chocolate - two dollars for .02 oz of chocolate. Being the frugal lady i am, i searched for an alternative!
