Just a simple crust alternative for those of us that LOVE pizza but just can't 'stomach' the bread. Really you can do this for breakfast too. I try to keep my dinners light (but I eat about 5-6 times a day) but this can be used any time of day! I precooked mine the night before and put it in the fridge. Reheated in the oven at 350 till it was hot and added my toppings.
