Progresso Vegetable Classics Lentil Soup, 4 cup Green Giant Southwest Style Corn, 2 cup
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

Original recipe calls for puree'd vegetables after cooking for "Bisque," but we prefer it chunky. One could substitute chicken broth for the vegetarian broth. Original recipe called for 2 Tbsps. olive oil and 2 Tbsps. butter, instead of the 4 Tbsps. EVOO
Allrecpies lamb stew, substituing corn starch for flour and sunchokes for potatoes

This soup is super filling and I usually eat it as a meal. For the soup, any veggies can be added of your choosing, just modify the calorie count accordingly. I don't add any extra sodium to this and make my own stock!
PLEASE NOTE: The SODIUM count is WAY off. The sodium is figured if you're using REGULAR STORE BOUGHT chicken broth, NOT homemade broth. Homemade stock only has about 30 calories per cup (per the recipe I use in my BHG Cookbook but the one on here shows almost 90! I used the values for store bought and used homemade. I don't add salt to my homemade stock AT ALL, so the only salt in it is naturally occuring from the meat and veggies
The balsamic glazed onions and bacon provide so much flavor no salad dressing is needed. Yum!
