This is a modified recipe that my family loves for Christmas breakfast. Light and Refreshing. Sounds wierd but give it a try... you will be surprised!!
Nice salad with both tangy and sweet. Could add blue cheese and grilled chicken for an entire meal.

This is easy and can be eaten as a side dish or main dish. If I'm making it as a main dish I sometimes add chicken, low fat salami or feta cheese (all not included in the calorie count).

This is a really delicious and easy recipe. I made it for an "Italian Feast" themed party and it was a big hit! It's nice to find something to throw together and not have to shop for unusual ingredients.
