I created this when I was in the mood for an oriental soup, by picking orietnal-style veggies from the produce section.
Try this yummy filling main dish salad, if you like sweet and salty asian pasta dishes. It can be served warm, or cold/room temperature.
A Japanese steamed cake with sweet pumpkin filling. The perfect thing if you have a bamboo steamer, but if not a regular double-boiler style will do. Makes 10 balls.
Whilst this is a soup, it is a large portioned meal for one of less than 200 calories!!
A savory stir-fry with oranges, carrots and leeks. You can save yourself about 112 cal if you drop the peanuts from the recipe and it is still delicious.
