Sooo easy to make and soooooo delicious. It is more pescatarian-friendly than vegetarian-friendly because of the oyster sauce. You may substitute with vegan oyster sauce (made with mushrooms).
Serve this over rice (I did not include calorie info for rice in this recipe).

The recipe calls for cooking this in a broiler pan, but I like to use the George Foreman grill. I like to serve this with steamed rice and green beans.
