This recipe is from Bell Plantation, which makes a powdered PB with hardly any fat and all the healthy stuff!
This is a smoothie recipe from Brendan Brazier's Thrive Diet book.
I like to use white whole wheat flour in any recipe calling for regular flour. It is whole grain, but is a better substitute than plain whole wheat flour because it doesn't change the texture as much.
I also keep powdered buttermilk on hand, or substitute nonfat plain yogurt and milk or soymilk for buttermilk--2 parts yogurt and one part milk/soymilk.

I am loading this the way I made it, the ingredients you include could vary widely but you would have to recalculate for accurate nutritional information.
This is something I threw together with leftover cranberries.

I do NOT believe the nutrition information for this recipe, it seems way too high for the ingredients I used.

I was a VERY BAD person and used white flour, sugar, salt and real egg whites and yolks, but for you hardcore anti white flour, no sugar, so salt people, substitute whatever. Use whatever fruit you like. I used this recipe in my Belgian Waffle Maker and not a regular waffle maker and they were oh so good!

This is my version of Fruit Compote.
You will need some kind of liquid to keep this moist, I used Cranberry juice. I also used Maple Sugar sprinkles.

The recipe called for 1/4 cup soy milk powder and 2 3/4 cups hot water but I can't use soy products so I used the 2% milk and water.
This is good! I did not have quick oats so I used regular oatmeal, plain, every day water, applesauce in place of oil, cardamom as a flavoring instead of cinnamon.
Broccoli, shredded carrots, sauteed onions and Parmesan went into this improvised breakfast dish. Use whatever vegetables you desire.
