Great for bagel crisps and glenny's crisps - even as a toast topping for breakfast
I love this recipe (and quiche in general) because it's so easy to mix it up. Change up the type of cheese, add a different vegetable (cooked red or green pepper add some crunch; mushrooms or tomato are also wonderful), use leftover mashed potatoes in lieu of the English muffin. Top with salsa, if you like, or eat as is.
Use 1% or skim milk and low fat cheese if you are trying to watch the amount of fat.
This is a gluten free recipes for coffee cake. This is not a sweet cake...if you want sweet, double the sugar.
Note: Use self-raising flour!!

Should substitute Turkey Sausage, however I had to use up what I had in the house. Next time Turkey or other low fat meat will be substituted. :)
