Makes two loaves. I found the original recipe at http://www.ifood.tv/recipe/granola_bread. I decreased the granola from 1.5 cups and chose to use brown sugar instead of honey or molasses. Also, each time I make it I substitute more of the whole grain flour for the all purpose. You can also use any kind of granola that you like.
Recipe is slightly adapted from the one on the box of Trader Joe's Baking & Pancake Mix; these are Belgian-waffle sized due to the size of my waffle maker, so calories are for 3 large waffles. (It should make 12 4-inch waffles).
