This is a cake that is all made from scratch. First put in a bowl the raisins, the baking soda, & water and put it to the side. Next put the flour also to the side. Then mix together the sugar, vanilla, mayo. Then mix in the raisin mixture and the flour alternately. Then last but not least mix in the walnuts. Spray the pan with cooking spray, then put the cake mix in the pan and then put it in the oven.
