I use this to get rid of old, black bananas that haven't been eaten. People do eat these, and the love them and they're good for you. I think you can substitute applesauce for the oil (tho I haven't tried it), and sugar for the Splenda or Twin, and eggbeaters for the egg. I've tried it once, and think it would taste better with pecans and cinnamon swirled in, but these are excellent, anyway.
