I LOVE to make this when we have company; it can be easily made vegetarian by substituting the sausage for vegetarian sausage patties.

The recipe calls for hemp protein powder but all I had were shelled hemp seeds, it also calls for 1 tbsp Maca root powder I didn't have any so I left it out, if you have it add 60 cals to the recipe.I also used almond milk instead of water.
