Mix all 12 eggs together. In seperate pan saute mushrooms, 6 green onions, zuccini, and peppers in a little olive oil. Microwave brown and serve turkey sausage links and dice.Then put 1 cup mozzerella cheese, and 1 cup cheddar cheese with eggs, then put in all veggies and sausage together. Put in 11X9 dish and set at 275% before you go to church. When you get home it will be ready. 1 hr 10 minutes. Let it sit for 10 minutes. The center should not be liquidy when you take out of oven.

This omlette may by not only vegeterian. You can add also some leftovers as chicken, sosage, pasta, or sudstitute some veddies.
We like this for breakfast or add a salad for lunch, or add a side of green beans and a piece of fruit for a light dinner.
I like to make these for a weekend breakfast. You can double the amounts; I am often cooking for myself.
This is like an omelette...it is delicious as appears in this recipe or with spinach & parmesan in place of the fruit/chia seeds. I seriously eat this every morning! If you want to use all whites, you can, but the yolk has a lot of nutrients to boost your morning.
