This is a delicious breakfast bread that will keep you full until lunch time.
I use homemade spent grain flour from brewing (see tip), so I assume the calorie information given here is on the high side as some of the sugar from the barley flour have been steeped out for beer making.
These taste like a fresh out of the oven banana bread-pancake. Next time I may add a handful of chopped walnuts at the end! I cooked mine in a skillet with Tropical Traditions Gold label coconut oil which gave it slight coconut flavor that really added to the overall experience.

This coffee cake is wonderful, and could easily be made with a white/whole wheat flour combination. It's also delicious without the streusal.
This is my attempt to recreate a slimmed down version of the Village Inn ham & cheese crepes that my husband loves!
It's amazing but the pumpkin does the job of the oil and eggs required by the mix. The muffin dough is dense so the muffin tops are not smooth but the muffins are absolutely delicious.
