This is my favorite recipe for breakfast! I'm pleased to see the not-so-bad nutrirional value.
This is the recipe from the back of the bag. I am adding it here to calculate nutrtional information only. Instead of using 12 oz chorizo or Italian Sausage - we used a combo of Morningstar Crumbles and chopped up black bean burger patty. Also, did not have skim cheese - but obviously could use that to decrease calories.
I made up this recipe as a way to use up some of the leftovers from a big ham dinner. You could save a lot of fat and calories by using a leaner cut of meat.

Million times better than Eggo. I make a bunch, freeze them, and then pop them in the toaster for a quick breakfast. I use canola oil but the original recipe called for 6 tbsp of butter.
Seriously, these pancakes are so light and fluffy, these make a wonderful low-fat, no cholesterol, and fiber-filled alternative to your traditional pancake.
This is some of the best French Toast you'll ever taste, I guarantee it.

I love to watch Dr. Oz on TV, so when I saw his picture on the cover of First, I bought the magazine and found this recipe. It is supposed to be his #1 fat cure. This drink will jump start your slimdown.
I found this recipe in "Walking Fit" a "Prevention Magazine" Spin-Off. I made a batch and really enjoyed them, so I wanted to share them with my Spark friends. Not too many calories and very delicious. Good for Holidays!
Put 1/2 cerael and butter mixture in bottom of 11x7 inch pan. Top with cabbage and onion. Mix rest together over other indgredients and pour over rest of ceral on top.
