I have yet to meet anyone who doesn't love this chicken. It's great the next day, cold, tossed in a salad.
These burgers are so moist and juicy! The mix of flavours work beautifully together and make for a very tasty burger. Whenever I serve these they're a total hit!

YOU WILL NEED A LARGE POT FOR THIS QUANTITY!
(you can always make a smaller portion to fit your family or event.)
First pour chicken broth stock or bullion in a large sauce pan. Add chicken, el pato sauce, and garlic and fill with water to cover chicken. Boil for 30 min on med heat.
In the mean time cut up carrots and potatoes into big chunks.
Then add the rest of the ingredients...potato, carrots, corn, and beans. Boil for another 30 min or until potatoes are soft.
You can ether serve chicken whole to each person or tare it off the bone and mix evenly in the soup. Serve hot.
Boil Potatoes and carrots until soft. In large bowl mix together potatoes, spring onions, red onion, parsley and cheese. Add pepper to taste, only add a little salt because cheese adds salt. Add Margerine and mix thoroughly. Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle with cayenne and garnish with parsley sprigs. Refrigerate for at least one hour
The saltiness of the bacon, the sweetness of the imitation crab meat, and crunch of the finely chopped veggies balance nicely in this summer side dish. Makes enough for a small army, so plan accordingly.
These get a very nice carmelized crust on the edges. They make GREAT leftovers.
Soaking the oats in beef broth helps keep the burger juicy and moist.

I entered this recipe to figure out how many calories are in a 1/2 cup serving that I like to put on a sandwich with toasted light whole grain bread......and I'm shocked...even wondered if the calorie counter was working ok....would love it if someone made over the recipe to be healthier.
