Spice rub marinated chicken, basted with BBQ sauce. Calculated using Bull's-Eye Original BBQ Sauce (30 cal/T.). If fewer calories are desired, cut each boneless, skinless breast in half for twelve servings. Perfect for grilling on the weekend and portioning out for weekday lunches!
This is a quick potato salad I came up with when I was out of eggs, and other things I usually put in my potato salad. It was a hit.

This dish is traditionally made with chicken, however my husband and I love to use it with pork as well. I slow baked the pork cuts in olive oil as you do carnitas and then I used it shredded the next day.
