Vegetable rice in wich you put anything you have in your fridge
very close to the real thing, not the stuff out of a can, but THE REAL THING!
1/2 cup serving size. Good summer side dish. Add cooked chicken or can of black beans for main dish.
Delish alternative for those of us watching our carb intake.
Mix together mayo, vinegar and sugar in a mixing bowl. Set aside. In a separate bowl add the broccoli, onion, cheese and bacon mix all together. Next, add the dressing to the broccoli mixture and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve cold.
This is a Vegen Shishkabob on grill, that I added chicken cubes to. For a Vegen dont add the Chicken Cubes.
