Can be served with lemon frosting, I recommend it as a filling as the berries float to the top and make such a pretty topping I don't like to cover it up with frosting. A low fat, lower sugar, higher fibre alternative to traditional lemon cake.
Mix substitute apple butter (or applesauce) for oil, and 1/4 C egg beater per egg.
This is based on changes I made to another SP recipe, trying to lower the sugar and calories. At 83 calories each they aren't quite low calorie but I think they're pretty wholesome for a cookie. Using vegetable oil instead of butter cuts a few calories and isn't as expensive as using Smart Balance.
This parfait is a "fool" because high sugar or high fructose corn syrup whipped cream is usually used, but here we replace it with sucralose sweetened yogurt! This is an excellent desert or treat if you are craving something sweet but don't want all the calories with it! You can substitute any berry of choice for the raspberries if you prefer.
Chocolate Chip cookies made using Stevia instead of refined white sugar and (believe it or not) refried beans. Protein plus chocolate... how can you go wrong!
Note: This uses Stevia extract not the packets with filler.
A quick, healthy dessert that will please the entire family! 93 calories, low sugar, and with just 10 minutes of prep time (+20 minutes in the fridge) it is a recipe that can be made again and again.
Cool, sweet, with a hint of refreshing sourness. This sorbet is easy and inexpensive.
These sweet treats provide a low calorie satisfaction without all the added fat and calories. Super easy to make!!
Want another fun use for overripe bananas other than banana bread? These chocolate cupcakes are moist and rich. The best part? These cupcakes have only 89 calories and 1 gram of fat each!

Pat cooked these up in his kitchen. Works out to 3 PointsPlus.
Daifuku generally has anko, or sweet red bean paste, for filling. However, this is a twist of the classic daifuku, using sponge cake, cool whip, and strawberry for the filling. Don't get daifuku mixed up with mochi; daifuku is more of the dessert type of thing, mochi is usually eaten toasted, grilled, or heated in some way and served with soy sauce. You can find my recipe for calcium fortified sponge cake on this website too.
This recipe comes together very easily using bits from the cupboard and some fresh strawbs. A rectangular dish is recommended.
Although not a low fat recipe, this cookies are healthy fats and super rich in antioxidants. Adding the quinoa whole grain is a great way to get even more healthy goodness in a naughty treat that actually has some healthy elements
Made with Tofu; no eggs. Very rich and chocolatey. No one will know....
A healthier muffin. You can make cream cheese frosting for these with half a package of 1/3 fat or fat free cream cheese and 1/4 cup of powdered sugar.
