This recipe originally called for 1/2 cup Splenda naturals but use 1/4 Spenda naturals (stevia) and 1/4 cup monkfruit for better taste. Nice, light cake-like brownie. Very chocolately! Keto-friendly.
Trying to use more beans in my baked goods, for frugality, calories, and my present need for dairy-free/soy-free food. These turned out a little more "cakey" than a normal cookie, but we all liked them.
Wanted a chocolate treat, but a full sized mug brownie not only "costs" too much, but leaves me feeling yucky. So I cut it in half, with adaptations for my dairy free soy free needs.
It still is definitely a treat, but the smaller size is enough without causing that "too much" feeling.
