Absolutely delicious! Tastes like pumpkin pie in cake form. Can be made into an actual cake or muffins.

I always have frozen bananas and strawberries in my freezer. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Since the fruit is frozen it is thick and feels like a yummy milkshake with none of the guilt.

Really rich and creamy. Who would think the "secret" ingredient is an avocado? We often cut it down to 8 servings which brings the calorie content down to 216. The original recipe called for 1 cup cocoa, but we like it better with 3/4.
