High Protein, high fiber, & delicious way to satify cravings for oatmeal or peanut butter cookies!
These are real creamy and I think taste better than the low calorie store bought fudgesicles.
This dessert is a good satisfying snack. If you use a lot of greek yogurt it's cheaper to make it yourself. I have a Donvier yogurt strainer that I bought on line and you just put a 32 oz. container of plain lowfat or nonfat yogurt in it and put it in the fridge for about 24 hours. This makes about 1 1/2 cups of greek yogurt. Make sure that the yogurt has no gelatin or binders or else it won't drain properly. I use Dannon.
Quick chocolate pie. Make 2 pies in 10 minutes. Just double the recipe!
great for fall holiday parties! the original recipe called for 1 cup of oil, but i substituted 1 cup of applesauce for a healthier version. (Calculations show a 70 calorie decrease when using applesauce vs oil).

This is amazing! A desert made from black beans-they are unbelievable!
A take off of the Chex puppy chow or muddy buddies, but a little bit better because of the higher fiber content.
This is an amazing quick recipe for a frozen dessert. Use whatever berries are in season, or buy frozen.
Basic Banana bread recipe. Lard has no trans fats, like crisco does. Can use margerine, but the result is not as dense and silky. Sugar can be substituted with splenda granulated for lower carbs and all wheat flour, or wheat pastry flour can be used for more whole grains. Gluten-free flour mixes can be used if needed. Can be made lower carb by using soy flour instead of the white flour.
