Got this recipe from Sharon at work who goes to Weight Watcher's and the kids and Barry made it for me for Mother's Day 2009.
This is definitely not a good for you recipe but is one that cures my chocolate cravings with just a small scoop with whipped cream!

Hubby and I were big ice cream eaters until we started making these. We now make a lot of these and freeze them in 8oz bowls. It takes care of our ice cream cravings, and we get the fruit and milk benefit. The key here is to use frozen fruit, then you don't need ice cubes. And, the consistency is like frozen yogurt or soft serve ice cream. Yummy!

This is a deliciously sweet pastry with ground pecans, brown sugar and generous smothering of molasses glaze. The technique for shaping this bread is easy, and when cut and unfolded it reminds me of two elephant ears.
Yield: 2 coffee cakes, 12 servings
You can use soy/almond/rice milk instead of water. Also, I put in a dash of vanilla extract for flavor. But, you could probably use and flavor extract you prefer. They were quite tasty. The picture shows them with frosting and sprinkles(not included in the calorie count).

This is my remake of my favorite cookie recipe. I wouldn't go so far as to call them HEALTHY, but there is certainly less guilt involved! This recipe makes a TON of cookies. I usually use my cookie scoop to make dough balls, freeze them and then just bake a few at a time to put fresh baked cookies in my kids lunches each morning.
