I used a Pampered Chef medium scoop for the cookies but they weren't packed. It made a nice sized cookie. I rounded to 72 - I think there were actually more than that but they were getting eaten before I could start counting.
Next time I may try to substitute applesauce for the butter - that will cut down on some of the cals/fat too.
