Desperately wanting "breakfast" chocolate with real substance, but without artificial/ chemical sweeteners, refined & high-calorie sugars or syrups , refined white flour, or loads of coconut oil and butter.
The butter is included for nutritional calculation only because grains we used were cooked with butter :)
Delicious and indulgent, yet "keto-friendly."
Remember that much of the carb count is erythritol (144 grams of total carbs per recipe, so 6 grams per square (12 per wedge).
So, these may NOT affect blood sugar like other carbs (e.g., cane sugar) will.
Excellent "sweet touch" that's merely 2.5 oz. cheese per serving.
While all ingredients are technically Paleo compliant, this is still DESSERT! So enjoy responsible ;) for special occasions rather than at bedtime EVERY night.
