This a modified version of a recipe in the Ultimate Cookie collection by Taste of Home under the name Chips Galore Cookie. I reduced the amount of chips and nuts as I found the original difficult to mix.

This is a great recipe if you want a super quick yet satisfying chocolate treat. I usually split it into two servings, but with only 150 calories, not to mention the probiotics of yogurt, no fat, and a whopping 25 grams of protein, you could easily get away with having a piece of fruit and some toast on the side and turning this into your breakfast!
