I took some recipes for crust and adjusted them to make one crust, and my knowledge of French pastries and know-how in making recipes healthier to make this the best dessert I could!
Based on "Self-Crust Pumpkin Pie" (a great recipe), but used Splenda and Splenda Brown Sugar in place of the regular white and brown sugars. This recipe drops the calories to from 133 to 104 and the carbs from 28 to 21.
And it is delicious.

This is an adaptation of the Citrus Cheesecake recipe substituting low-fat for non-fat dairy ingredients and Splenda for the sugar.
This is a quick microwave recipe that makes a yummy snack! It could also be pureed but may need a tablespoon or two of hot water added.
While eveyone else is having a high-fat, high-sugar dessert at Thanksgiving, make this yummy alternative in a jiffy for yourself! But, watchout! Everyone else may want one, too!

Adapted from several versions of this already out there. I basically added the cereal for a little more body to the cookie. Kids and hubby love 'em! (me too)
A few simple ingredients make for a nice light dessert. Instead of typical rolls of strudel this dish is created in a lasagna pan and then can be cut into 16 2x2 in pieces.

This is a delicious and versatile SCD friendly crepe. I added raspberries and honey to it to make it a decadent dessert!
You could also use it with savoury... ham and brie is my favourite.
