I first made this during my camp counselor days and modified it to make in the microwave. YUMMY!
This classic peanut butter cookie is one of our all-time favorite treats. It's impossible not to smile when you're eating one of these!
This recipe was adapted from a sugar cookie recipe by Stephanie on AllRecipies.com. It is extremely easy and so tasty! I added some lemon extract to bump up the taste, used half margarine and half butter, and used part whole wheat part white flour. The results were the best sugar cookies I have ever tasted! They are pretty low in calories and are great for cutouts, decorating with candies or sprinkles, or just plain.
Husband tested and husband approved - My husband tried them and had no idea there was whole wheat flour in them!
This cake turned out excellent, was a great success with everyone of all ages
I never thought a cake without eggs would turn out so good:)

A wonderful dessert that is sugar free, low fat and super delicious!
Tastes so decadent, but is actually a much lighter variation of a classic comfort-food favorite thanks to a few changes in the "custard" mixture.
This recipe idea came to me when I had a couple of day old bagels lying around. I didnt want to waste them so I thought it would be interesting to try and make a bread pudding out of them. Any bagels will do (blueberry or apple cinnamon would be great too), but it just happened that I had 2 cinnamon raisin bagels which worked out really well.
Just a few suggestions:
*If using plain bagels, you may want to add a couple of tablespoons of sugar to your custard mixture and some fresh or dried fruits for a little more flavor.
*Most of the fat in this recipe comes from the addition of walnuts so you can omit the topping altogether, but I really like it!
*Make sure your bagels arent fresh! That will effect the texture of the finished product. If you don't have any stale bagels lying around, you can lightly toast the bagels or cut up pieces the night before and allow to sit out until they're firm.
Delightful Apple cake for any occasion, brunch, bbq, party, not to sweet but yet sweet enough to cure to "I want something sweet" craving. Substitutions can be made to in the recipe with eggs, nuts, etc...
This is a great recipe for those that can't be trusted with ice cream in the house. It doesn't sound like it would be all that good, but it really is. Totally worth a try. It reminds me of a Wendy's frosty, but I think it is better for you and more fun to customize yourself.
This is a really easy pudding recipe and it fulfills my chocolate cravings!
