The ingredients that the nutritional info is based on is what was in the Spark Database. The ingredients I actually used were not what was in the Spark Data base, so this recipe is just a guestimate..
THIS IS A DIABETIC RECIPE
I used GREEN ONION which is NOT listed in the Spark ingredients.
I used a cheap cut of beef with NO FAT on it, REDUCED SODIUM soy sauce, broccoli FLORETS which are not listed in the SPARK ingredient list.
Beef bean and cheese burritos-very filling! This recipe makes 7 burritos which is 7 servings. Each burrito is 8 weight watchers points.
Delightfully quick on a rushed night and flexible enough that you can use just about any vegetable(s) you want this tuna casserole is a hit with my whole family. This is easily doubled as well. You can serve half and freeze the other half to be warmed up and served another time too.
Broil or Grill! These burgers taste great and re-heat well for leftovers!
First try and it came out great. I copied the idea off of another one I saw but changed it a little. Now to just figure out how to lower the sodium.
This recipe came out of the new complete weight watchers cookbook. I bought it at Costco
Incredible Smoothies by Tracy Russell. "Here’s an experimental smoothie I came up with that is made with no sweet fruit. That’s right – no bananas, mangoes or pineapple – just vegetables! I was actually surprised how tasty this was. In fact, I’ve been drinking this savory smoothie (and variations of it) daily for the past two weeks.
Non-sweet fruit and veggies are lower in calories then sweet fruit, so this makes quite a large (42 ounce) smoothie for only 300-400 calories. A smoothie this size isn’t too much for me to drink, but it might be a bit overwhelming if you’re not used to it. If you can’t drink that much all at once, you can cut the recipe in half or make the whole thing and drink half now and half later. Just beware that it’ll be a low calorie smoothie.
This smoothie will provide you with all your vegetable needs for the day and then some!"
