My husband likes this better than traditional pizza. I make 2 pizzas at once and freeze one for later. The crust can also be used for garlic fingers. Just brush or spray crust with olive oil cooking spray and throw on some minced garlic cloves and mozzarella before baking. Yum!
Use 2lbs. of your favorite ground meat mixture. I like beef and sausage, beef and pork, all beef and all ground pork. Some people use ground venison or ground turkey.

This recipe does call for quite a bit of prep work but I feel it's worth it in the end. Everything goes quicker if you have a food processer.
