Yay. Beans again... well, sometimes I think that but not often. I mean, I really love beans and am absolutely fine with eating them often. It's just that I typically don't get excited about a new flavor or experiment when cooking black beans. I usually am satisfied and pleased with my traditional method. But, I recently found a recipe online and thought, hmmm, I can make that work and got excited once again about the fabulous black bean!

Yum! Very zesty & flavorful - a great way to prepare this strong flavored fish. Very easy & quick to prepare, except for the 1 hr marinating time. Also - I adjusted down the amts of olive oil used to calculate nutritional info, since you don't consume all the oil/sauce that has been used in the marinade.
This mild curry is an excellent dis to serve to the whole family or a crowd of hungry teenagers. As everything is cooked together there's the added bonus of very little washing up to do afterwards!
