You have to at least have a 2 liter bottle of Sparkling Water to do this with though. I always add frozen fruit to my Lemonade drinks during the Summer. You can use any frozen fruit you like. It's an added treat for me. I always add the frozen fruit individually along with crushed ice is best.
Using one scoop of protein powder, assorted fruit and a dollop of yogurt. Blend in your handy dandy rocket blender.
